Shook Ones Part II was their last review. Maybe the board can convince them to do more.

Ya i didnt think they should have stopped. Seems alot of hiphop fans were really into it. I know there is a duo from UK i think that started doing the exact same thing as RDO and DG a month or two after there first video.

Thanks guys! Nice to see you enjoying those videos and thinking we should do more. In one of the videos we made the announcement that we were going to stop, and it went into some reasons why, but a lot of it really came down to time. We're both full-time IT professionals, and speaking just for me as an example, I've been working crazy hours nonstop almost every day for the past year getting to my project launch. I tried squeezing the video shoots in to my busy work & travel schedule (plus family things), but a lot of time it was RDO chasing me down for things haha. I think we did like 15 or so in total, but they were all shot in groups of 3-4 videos at a time. I don't think I'm done with doing video content, but I am done for this year for sure (outside of anything Necro might want for his docu).

Re MF Doom: I think I liked it? I don't remember. The only song we both really hated was the Immortal Technique.

I don't think you hated it, but rather thought it was just okay. Interesting ideas, but you guys weren't really sure how to read it/understand it.

To be fair, MF Doom isn't really for someone who is just getting into Hip Hop. Would be like asking someone who is just getting into metal to try and listen to something like say Cynic - which can sort of be appreciated for musicianship on the surface but has strange compositions, arrangements and ideas that a new listener just might not understand.

Anyway, thought you guys did a pretty good job!

I see that you guys reviewed a Cauldron Project track. I was actually on their last album. Randy and I wrote and recorded "4 Banger" in my apartment when I lived in Moncton a few years ago. Oddly enough, I also work in IT ha ha.

Oh yeah I really enjoyed that one, probably because it was more musical than any of the others. I'll have to check out that 4-banger song.
